About Horizon Contractors
Horizon Contractors was established in 1986 by Arlen Haruthunian. Mr. Haruthunian is a graduate of NYIT with a degree in Architecture, has over twenty five years experience in construction, and an additional six years of work in the architecture field. Horizon Contractors specializes in high-end renovation projects in the Manhattan area. Projects range in scope from single room re-model to excavation and re-design of entire structures. Particular care is given to design as it provides the guidance for the project, minimizing delays and expense.
Horizon Contractors has long standing relationships with reliable subcontractors properly licensed in accordance with NYC Department of Buildings. Experienced crews and project managers oversee every phase of the renovation to assure that all details are in order regardless of the complexity of the project.
