Combining two apartments with the use of ultra modern finishes to accomodate a family of four. Penthouse included master suite, with a separate dressing area and see-through fireplace. Foyer leading into open kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace, and library. Children's separate wing included two adjoining bedrooms sharing one bathroom and large play area. Upper level included a small guest bedroom and office area leading out to roof terrace. All high-end amenities such as central air conditioning, radiant heat in all bathrooms, separate laundry area, wired for cable/internet and audio system throughout.
Since this project did not feature any moldings or trim, Horizon devised a successful method of installing doors whereby the surrounding would not crack over time and use.
