Horizon Contractors understands the complex sequence in designing and completing custom remodeling projects. This may be the first major renovation project you have worked on and you may have some questions.

Finish Items and Punch List

Rest assured that Horizon Contractors is dedicated to the highest level of quality. We will complete the project as detailed in the contract and make sure that you’re satisfied with the results. After substantial completion we arrive at punch list stage of the project.  This list is compiled by the Architect, you the client and the project supervisor.  These are very minor items that once completed will represent end of the project.  All our sites are left in broom cleaned condition.  The client normally hires their own cleaning service prior to occupying the apartment.
